The matter here is not you, Stallman or me. I almost never use lynx if not for simple HTML based websites.
The point you mentioned "(спойлер: хорошо это или плохо, но всем кроме Столлмана пофиг)" is actually not correct.
I know a lot of people that would care, even for security (and not just privacy) reasons.
But they merely do not know about anything about how such concepts.
It is also obvious that the problem is not Javascript itself, but rather the way it is written (and deployed) widely in the web nowadays.
From what I did read from you, there is actually not much written from you to prove me wrong in what I wrote, and not much to prove wrong about the article, also.
You simply wrote "users do not care", and that is false.
Most of them merely don't know. Maybe they could care, or maybe they could not. Hence, that is simply your own opinion - in this case, it is a false belief.
As I repeat, I personally have known people in the past that cared about this, when I explained them.
This tells me that besides writing "lol the author of that article should not be taken seriously", you have little constructive comments to add to the discussion.
No problem for me, if that is the case, I will ignore further answers. Thanks anyway, goodbye
