Хочу предостеречь про работу Апворка, чтобы не получилось как у меня при почасовой ставке, скриншотами и записями к работе.
Когда у клиента не проходит платеж, они могут заблокировать аккаунт фрилансера по выдуманной причине на пару недель и принудительно вернуть деньги клиенту через процедуру refund c -12% JSS. А все для того, чтобы не выплачивать Payment Protection.
Полная последовательность событий:
• December 17, 2018 - December 23, 2018: work week on the client’s contract #21266762
• December 29, 2018, 03:28: My account is suspended due "some irregular activity" at #23705714 ticket.
• December 29, 2018, 08:45: Request to confirm identity.
• December 29, 2018, 22:54: Accept government issued ID with bank account confirmation.
• January 01, 2019, 04:16: Request to elaborate nature of the work, upload work result, provide screenshots of communication.
• January 01, 2019 20:40: Client’s payment was unsuccessful. Refund action processed by Upwork with -12% Job Success Rate. Reason: the following hours have been reversed back to the client due to TOU Violation which was handling in Trust & Safety Team on Ticket #23705714.
• January 02, 2019 02:36: Upload screenshots, work result, description of the nature of the work.
• January 02, 2019: Expected payment from Upwork for the work week.
• January 13, 2019, 00:26: TOU Violation was a mistake in the system. The account is reinstated. The "some irregular activity" was using VPN with USA location for getting access to the client’s server on Digital Ocean.
