Here a diagram of how much elections currently cost, with Agora we can reduce that cost 50-80%. Of course we have a variety of solutions therefore specific costs range.

But most importantly Agora doesn't deal with KYC and ID management. We don't know that data and even if you hack us or want to approach us with Billion of dollars to get that info we don't have it. We don't do the KYC, we are not in the business of story data and will never be.

See answer above. We also use intranet and GPS connection, bring internet dongles with us. You can vote offline and find a hotspot afterwards. In Africa you would be surprised by the number of people who have smart phones :)

It's a better to open companies in the countries we work in, it brings trust to the product and enables to hire local resources and engage local citizens.

But we can work from abroad, it's a better but more costly option. So it depends on the requirements of the gov'. They are our clients at the end of the day.
