I edit files via SFTP & VS Code, using the ftp-simple extensiton.

Remember first time I use for editing wp-config, I typed the code and click ctrl-s, the code will automatically send to the cloudways server, the wordpress website knows what I code.
However, today I do the same thing in VS Code, I type the code and save. I download the wp-config form filezilla and open it for check, I saw the newly added code doesn't exist.
What can I do to fix this error?
