They are inducing HR professionals to participate in a scam, sometimes even unconsciously! They are using you to give a reliable face to the blow!
Just do the math! It is cheaper to hire an HR company that will have dozens of analysts working for a solution for free, for the simple promise of employment, and choose the best solution to implement without even hiring anyone, than to pay an analyst to program the solution .
It's as simple as that! And that's what's happening!
