знает кто хорошие тулы для нахождения rDNA в геноме? Я попробовал rnammer и cmscan+rfam, они не находят основные 18S и прочие, только 5S, тРНК и всякую мелочь

я уверен, что они должны быть, потому что это полная сборка референсная. Я на ней тестово как раз хотел найти, прежде чем искать на экспериментальных
