Я в своё время на clutch.io искал, перебрал много, рекоммендую Sloboda Studio и Rubyroid Labs, лично с ними работал, могу поручиться за них

Они у меня тоже в шорт-листе были, но за их прайс можно самолёт купить, и ещё сдача останется.

Requirements
