    STEPS TO PLAY GAME :
     ENTER THE GAME (DEMO mode with default balance of 100000)

    steps 1: Select any of the 6 games shown.. example " Bet 49 "
      step 2: Select the numbers that will display by clicking / choosing any of the circles ( set of 49 numbers will      display in menu like form )
   Step 3: after selecting the number or balls
    step 4: Click on the green colour box "Place Bet" by the right below
        step 5: Observe the numbers at the bottom changes to know whether your selected numbers from step 2 are choosen or not
   Step 6: if succesfull you will see increase on the Demo Balance on the top of the website from (100000) to something higher or decrease (9999) if not succesful.

при создании проекта для этого параметра указано значение True (т. е. сайт для
облегчения разработки сразу же вводится в отладочный режим).
Что то не понял, по умолчанию фолс, но при создании проекта тру. Но если не создать проект, то какая разница что у него так по умолчанию?
