Думаю. Там інша причина. Не оприлюднюють деталі, бо так легше дерибанити землю!!! Я таке багато де спостерігаю. І в Тернополі також.

Ні, як на мене. Коли приїде людина з села в обласний центр в лікарню, то вона буде гуглити "Обласна лікарня", а не "Клінічна лікарня"
