Увы ответ саппорта таков:
2) you (or someone else) have repaired the device and changed important parts that cause the license to be lost. Such repairs are not supported and we can't issue a new license. You are welcome to purchase a new license for the regular price. We suggest to avoid repaired devices and unknown sellers that sell repaired or damaged devices.
3) router is damaged and needs to be repaired.
If you purchased this unit from an authorized distributor, it is not incorrectly repaired and problem is not related to installed RouterOS version, return it for official repair under warranty terms. We can not issue a replacement license in this case. Contact the seller directly from now on.
