Я думаю, что если ты руками добавишь - то все будет хорошо
вопрос на что это повиляет, не уронит ли работающий кластер пока haproxy load balancer не балансирует на реальные адреса

kubeadm init phase upload-certs --upload-certs - загружает сертификаты в секрет в кластер.
