@marknovikoff Марк, добрый вечер! Насколько я понял ваше рассуждение о недопредставленности русскоязычных в Кнессете, вы исходите из того, что интересы русскоязычных могут быть представлены/представляются только русскоязычными депутатами.
Кажется, что это не так - часть русскоязычных владеют ивритом и выбирают депутатов/представлены в Кнессете не русскоязычными депутатами (я таких знаю). Тогда, «недостающие» мандаты там - то есть их нет. Это вполне логично, поскольку часть повестки русскоязычных совпадает с повесткой не русскоязычных. Или я что-то упускаю?
