In accordance with our prohibited items policy, we have determined that as of September 15, 2020, we will no longer be able to accommodate baby teething items containing small parts, such as small blocks or beads, in our marketplace. We take protecting our marketplace very seriously, and we are working hard to balance enforcement of our policies with the unique variety of handmade items our sellers contribute to the Etsy marketplace.
As Etsy does not have access to or control over your listed products, this action is based on listing content and includes listings that state they have safety certifications.
We will begin removing these items from our marketplace on October 20, 2020. By agreeing to Etsy's policies, you are responsible for following both Etsy’s policies and all applicable laws related to the items you sell and the use of our services. In order to meet this responsibility, we ask that you take the following steps:
1. Check with your local authority for guidance on what may be considered to be small parts in your area.
