это почему? 🙂 берлинский независимый стартап (без инвесторов, с первого дня на самоокупаемости), хотят строить всю команду удаленно, платят вроде нормально (сказали, что готовы повышать, если человек подходит).

экзотика просто... типичный синьор рубист с хорошим знанием английского уже переехал в штаты/европу и там работает ) чтобы оставался в .ru такой специалист и сидит без работы (руби оочень экзотично), то не думаю что он сеньор )

да, есть такие мысли тоже. но, насколько я знаю, полно людей, которые просто не хотт переезжать. у меня есть друзья-синиоры, которым ни штаты, ни европа не сдались – сидят себе в Сочи или Новосибе, все у них отлично

ну если не сдались, на них и работать не будут ))) отшельничать с навыками и отличным знаний английского.. я такого не видел ) обычно эти люди рано или поздно или уезжали или переставали работать на штаты...
