Everybody is welcome for sure. There are not strict restrictions in Russia regarding corona situation at least within country. I'm not sure about the cheap place though I would check standard places e.g. airbnb and booking.com as a first step. Or somebody who doesn't live in saint-p could advice. @randuev I'm not sure about moroz's nickname on Telegram 😁
