rather when creating framework-bundle, it would remove the yii- * packages, since it would do all the config there in one place.

All packages have their configuration, I'm talking about packages like yii-view and yii-event, classes can be moved to framework-bundle, less repositories, a single wrapper, which builds all packages.

Well in symphony it works fine, require framework-bundle and only have essential packages, psr-17, logger, cache, assets, etc.
