Your project looks very interesting for me because I have a 200% match by tech stack. I have a wide and huge experience with Entity Framework(EF, EF CORE), .net framework/.net core I know the most common drawbacks and pitfalls with these technologies, I know how to cook these technologies efficient and reliable. And berry on the cake I want to find a long-term contract with new opportunities and challenges.

Few questions for clarification.

Do you use Docker, Kubernetes, Microservice architecture?
How many microservices do you have?
How many RPS?
Do you use stress and load tests, what kind of tools do you use for it?
Why do you use MS SQL server instead of free analogs like Postgres?
What kind of optimization/scaling do you use for database, sharding, read/write database segregation, replication, query optimization?
Do you use stored procedures, how many logic lives in the database if an answer yes?
Do you use parallel computations/async/multithreading?

Previous non-cloud versions have been used by Fortune 500 companies to staff tens of thousands of employees into new positions. In 2018, we started developing the new version completely from scratch. It has a solid and scalable architecture, modern technologies and we have a commitment to focus on quality first (speed second). We will release in 2021. (We also have a cloud solution live now, developed 2014-2016. It will be replaced by the new solution.)  Because of the Corona situation, we had to close down development in May, and our great team was dissolved. Only the QA stayed on (to continue building automation tests during the down-time).  Now, it’s time to get a team in place and finish the work. Being a bootstrapping startup, our team is small, with only 3 full time positions (back-end, front-end and QA) and a number of supporting roles (designer, architect, project owner/manager).  Do you have experience with handling complex data structures and high scalability? Do you know asp.net core and entity framework like the back of your hand? Do you love absorbing information about new technologies? Такого еще не было у меня, отдельным оффером сделали тест, оплата норм.

Вот у меня вопрос такой давно возникает, наверно больше из этики.
Я всегда стараюсь брать работу которую я 100% знаю как делать, чтобы не дай бог не получить отрицательный отзыв. И в связи с этим иногда пропускаю хорошие "жирные и вкусные" предложения.

Берет ли кто нибудь работу если полностью не уверен что сделает, не знаком с технологиями или скажем так опыта не совсем достаточно в чем то?

Конечно, это лучший способ развиваться и повышать скилы. Но в разумных пределах

Закрыл контракт с замолчавшим клиентом. В итоге JSS упал. Есть шансы, что если напишу в саппорт, они уберут контракт из влияния на профиль?

да, неоднократно. Последствия были самые разные. Но больше страдают не отзывы, а твои нервы

Смотря что имеется ввиду под "не уверен". Я например беру контракты по интеграции  АПИ c которым я не работал раньше, потому что я знаю как это происходит, нужно просто доку изучить.

Но я не беру контракт, где нужно с нуля на голом PHP написать магазин. Потому что я работаю с Laravel/Wordpress и на голом я не смогу никак.
