Then try reading that PDF. Fetch output as string. Split that string using delimiter "due date" ignore 1st part next part starting 10 chars will be ur date value. Extract it using substring.

I'm not sure y is that select range also not working, it's selecting a wider range

Then select wider range and extract the required part that will be much easier as compared to multiple tasks I mentioned above.
