Munich is too expensive I guess. So you suggest to consider any locations... I think it'll be some easy to live in a northwest land with more English-like German dialects.

If you aren't going to learn German fast, it might be a good idea to avoid small towns as your first destination. But once you learn some German - I think they are pretty nice. In fact, most likely 99% of positions that's don't require German will be in larger cities anyway

No, many cities from different countries. But you choose some restrictive filters so it only shows you 11. I guess it doesn't have all the cities yet - for example, Bremen is not on the list just yet
