This is referred to as “logged out site” when a client search on the site (or a search engine i.e. Google) to find FLs without being logged in or having an account.

Your Profile will be shown on the upper pages overtime and some time not, as the results are not fixed.
The algorithm used is to make sure that all Freelancers are given opportunity to be seen by potential Clients.
1) Is there any "minimum requirements" from a freelancer's side to be mentioned in that lists?
2) Are there any measurements on fact about how it increases conversion of a freelancer?

Yes. I mean, how much more potential invites can I get from being in that list? I've recently gotten two invites, so I wonder maybe that's because of this list
yes that could be a result of you being on top of the list when clients search however I am not able to provide specifics regarding how much more potential invites you are to receive, as this depends on clients searching for skills that they need
