Yes.. There will be 3 option.. One is "clean all and lock" don't choose that.. Other two option doesn't lock bootloader

I have seen this happening when the network is set to 4G only but USSD works only in 2G/3G mode. Despite working VoLTE.

set to 3g or 2g can solves it..
but, when i used miui rom, and set it to 3g it same as before... still cant access ussd and receive/calling someone...
