Im on stock ROM with unlocked bootloader. Do I need to flash anything else before clean flashing Havoc 3.8?

devices hardware keys were already not working so i disabled them in settings and enabled gesture but in gesture nav bar also none of the buttons work

when i use full gesture, only back button works, swipe up to go to homescreen & swipe up to go to recent apps doesnt work
