Currently using Artem Sid's kernel in July build of Fork LOS and in web browsing (multiple tabs set to auto-refresh after 60s) test active drain seems to be better compared to stock kernel. Around 8%/h. This has held up over 2 multi-hour sessions. Stock intially was in the same range as well but later it rose to 12-14%/h.
