Last I used havoc 3.5, I had a similar problem. While connected to a Wi-Fi network, if I turn off and turn on Wi-Fi, the last connected network disappears from the list.
Dunno if it's a rom bug or I screwed up something that caused this.

If you're facing limited connectivity, then try opening websites from Chrome first, after connecting. Then the limited connectivity or no internet status disappears.
Or if it's a problem with your router, then restart your router and try.
