After flashing pixel experience rom speaker problem arises while calling...any solution

1.Install Xiaomi unlock tool in your pc
2.Install adb and fastboot driver
3.Open mi sync and sync all !
4.Then go to fastboot mode and connect to pc
5. Login with your account with which you have synced your devive
6. Start unlocking
