Although the information on the governmental websites has not yet been updated, a call with the governmental Covid infodesk dit provide some clarity.
Even if you are a student and have a residence permit, the chances of you not being able to get back to the Netherlands on Saturday are pretty high. I don't know for sure however, as the website won't be updated to reflect the new policy until Saturday.
It seems that, regardless of of residential status, you will not be able to enter the country, unless you have a European nationality (from any of the EU member states)
What it will mean for flights exactly is, unfortunately, once again unclear.
If you are currently abroad and plan on coming back to the Netherlands soon, my (personal) recommendation would be
a. Making sure you're here by Friday late (yes, it's late to arrange that. Sorry, I didn't catch this info any earlier)
b. Booking a detour via another European city/airport. I will try to get a brief an overview of the rules flying into Germany, France and Spain later today.
I'm very sorry for not having any better news at this moment in time, and I will of course keep you updated and try to help you wherever I can. I am however not a travel agency and don't know for sure about the travel restrictions that apply in other countries.
