Is there a best practice for self publishing? There is more than 10 ad network with many configuration, how should I find a good cpi with a limited test campaigns? Is $100 enough for each test campaign? What about a good ad network and algorithm to reach a good LTV? Where should I start?
I would suggest you start just with 1 network and run UA campaign just in US. Daily spend 50+USD. Three cohorts would suffice.

If your game reveals good metrics I would advise you to scale it with a publisher for the reasons I mentioned previously. Speed of scale is crucial. Otherwise someone else may monetize on your idea

Тоже порекомендую кворк. В отличии от fl.ru почти нет кидал, прозрачная работа, нормальный арбитраж в случае чего. Но опять же в отличии от fl, на кворке намного больше новичков в своих профессиях. Так же посмотри в сторону фриланс.хабр.
