9 Indian States which permit you to travel without RT-PCR Reports when vaccinated
Chandigarh: Mandatory for passengers arriving into Chandigarh to carry a negative RT-PCR report not earlier than 72 hours from an ICMR approved laboratory or have a vaccination certificate (at least one dose) over two weeks old.
Chattisgarh: All passengers travelling to Chhattisgarh are supposed to have an RT-PCR negative report not earlier than 96Hrs or a COVID vaccination Final Certificate (generated after two doses of vaccination).
Goa: All passengers arriving into Goa need to possess an RT-PCR negative report from ICMR accredited labs done within the last 72hrs or a vaccination certificate that reflects both doses completed.
Odisha: All passengers travelling to Odisha must have an RT-PCR negative report/ RAT negative report no earlier than 48 hours or a COVID vaccination Final Certificate (after two vaccination doses).
Punjab: Mandatory for passengers arriving in Punjab to carry a negative RT-PCR report not earlier than 72 hours from an ICMR approved laboratory or have a vaccination certificate (at least one dose) over two weeks old.
Delhi: Passengers originating their journeys from any city/airport in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states are advised to have RT-PCR negative report from ICMR accredited labs done within the last 72hrs or vaccination certificate (2 doses complete).
Nagaland: All passengers travelling to Nagaland mandatorily need to have RTPCR/TrueNAT/CBNAAT negative report not earlier than 72 hours or a COVID vaccination Final Certificate (after two doses of vaccination).
Meghalaya: Passengers arriving from any state except Maharashtra, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Karnataka and Kerala shall be exempted from RT-PCR testing requirements if in possession of a valid final certificate of vaccination.
Rajasthan: Passengers arriving into Rajasthan who are fully vaccinated 28-days before arrival will no longer require testing on arrival.
