ну это только docker-compose, еще докер, но я понял под рутом надо все это дело развернуть

ты не поверишь кто является зависимостью docker-compose...

а как же gpg кей?

причем здесь gpg ключ???

в install guide его требуют установить

а так же зависимости
apt-get install \
   apt-transport-https \
   ca-certificates \
   curl \
   gnupg \
   lsb-release

ну ты ставишь тогда с оф репок докера

я тебе предлагаю юзнуть с репок дистра

это не зависимости. а пререквизиты для данного способа установки
