Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Building software to help operations and support teams
Fixing support escalation issues in production
Monitoring and alerting in production (App, Sec, Infra, container orchestration)
Automation, support toolset, reporting, customer/tenant insights
Documenting “tribal” knowledge and sharing knowledge with Cloud-Ops and Development.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in software development
3+ years of experience as DevOps or SRE
Azure knowledge and experience (Azure DevOps, pipelines, AKS)
Containers and container orchestration experience is a plus
Experience in Microsoft technologies including IIS, Azure, Active Directory and Microsoft SQL/ Exchange/SharePoint Servers in clustered & distributed environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Passion for technology as well as helping customers and team members.
