We're hiring!
Design Lead (UI/UX)
We're experts in IT product development. We have deep experience launching new products and building great teams - we have conducted the Copper launch (major institutional crypto custodian from Seed to Series C with $3+bn evaluation and $15+bn assets under infrastructure) and a list of other products.
In addition, we all have strong expertise in software project/product management through 6+ years of working for Top-10 companies in finance, IT and retail within Russia and the UK.
We are looking for experienced contributors to join us in our new venture - an order management system for crypto markets. It is a great opportunity to join an early-stage startup and create a new product in the fast-growing crypto industry.
Our product is aimed at solving institutional players' issue of a fragmented buy- and sell-side.
We are looking for a person to lead all design-related activities. The main priority would be the development of high-loaded finance interfaces (we would unite trading cryptocurrency pairs, derivatives and other digital assets through dozens of crypto exchanges).
As an early-stage startup, we also have broad design challenges in branding, marketing and other directions.
Key tasks:
Provide leadership and direction for the design function
Formulate, implement and improve upon design processes
Develop web platform interface design
Collaborate and coordinate with teammates such as Product Manager and Front End Developers
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years' experience of working on a UI/UX Design
Fintech and/or crypto products design development experience
English level C1 or better
Proficient in UI design, including design specifications, composition specifications, concept and style development.
A solid understanding of Design Thinking methodologies
Profound UI/UX design skills with a solid portfolio of design projects
Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of user-system interaction
Strong presentational and team player abilities
BS or MS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or other related areas

Good practical experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
Leading and directing a design team experience
