Народ, никто не обновлял Visual Studio удалённо? Куда копать? В официальных руководствах всё только о локальном обновлении через гуй.

Сначала после старта службы:
ERROR: Can't retrieve SQL connection. Exception: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The target principal name is incorrect.) ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The target principal name is incorrect~~ at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlInternalConnectionTds..ctor.....
Потом по каждому из клиентов начинается:
ERROR: Don't have SQL connection when retrieve push tasks
ERROR: Don't have SQL connection when get client certificate for client (Type: SCCM ID:......
Failed to authenticate with client [::ffff:192.168.100.67]:38749.
И периодически первая ошибка повторяется

Неа, это началось все после того как я сначала включил https в схеме, потом вернул обратно на http

А может в сертификат sql сервера дополнительно добавить dns имя local

Administration/Servers and site system roles/сервер с management point. Внизу выбрать роль management point, там никакой случайно не указан другой сервер на вкладке management point database
