1) You will be offered to restore your account after the first login, and also bring back the two-factor protection and the password reset as a guarantee for your account safety.
2) All your placed orders were forcefully cancelled to prevent their loss due to the market fluctuations.
3) First, BTC-Alpha will open the option to withdraw the funds, then we'll launch trading, deposits, and other platform options. All the funds deposited earlier will be credited when the deposits will be available again.
4) BTC-Alpha strongly recommends you to verify your account, and also confirm the verification when withdrawing the funds. Accounts that won't go through KYC procedure will be limited to 100 USD available for withdrawal per day.
5) Alpha Codes and Transfers will be unavailable for the safety of platform.
6) All the API keys were deleted, so the users should create them once again.
7) The app will take more time to get fixed than the website.
