Hello Richard, there is a person with the name BTC-ALPHA Diana, saying that is an admin and trying to scam me, they are asking me for money in order to solve my problem. to make the story short I cannot enter to my account because I do not receive the PIN to my email, I have tryed to do it from my iphone app and from my computer, I do not receive the PIN to my email as I used to be always, you have some problem with your system I guess, please I need your help, I have written to support but the suggest me to change my password, I have already done that but the problem remains the same

We will never ask to transfer your funds to anyone. Please check the administration list in the fixed post.

On the other hand, the also tell me to clean the cookies, I have also done that, but the system does not send the email to me, I cannot enter to my account. I have never done trading with this account just holding coins
