Да откуда они берутся-то все?! Ну вот как человек не видит очевидного: меньше — лучше. Сначала нужно запускать минимум, а потом *слушать пользователей*, они сами попросят новых фич типа ручной верификации и логина через мыло.
Попытки запустить сразу "монстра", вместо запуска MVP уже загубили столько жизней и клевых бизнесов. *Нельзя* предугадать заранее все юзкейсы и закрыть их. Это рождает слепую трату 99% времени разработчиков на фичи, которыми никто не будет пользоваться.
Но когда пытаешься человеку указать на эту проблему, эго человека начинает бить тревогу и он ни в какую не хочет слышать здравый смысл.
Признавать ошибки — полезно. Ошибаться из-за своего эго — это идиотизм.
