Step 1. Plot Harddrives (Engraver, TurboPlotter 9000, or XPlotter)
Miners pre-generate chuncks of data (plots) which contain all the computations
necessary to forge blocks.
Step 2. Set Reward Recipient (Select a Pool and gather Pool information)
Miners join a pool by defining it as a beneficiary. The beneficiary is the one that
receives the block reward. If Solo mining this step is not needed.
Step 3. Run Burst Mining software (*Scavenger, Blagominer, Jminer, CreepMiner, & BTDEX)
The mining software automatically reads through the plots and searches for the shortest
deadline to send to the node. The node then tries to forge the block with that deadline.
Shortest deadline forges the block.

Note: Never give out your passphrase to anyone!!!
