Используй термин кибербезопасность и все будет ок!) Физический доступ является частью ИБ. Не могу сходу вспомнить ни одного стандарта, где было бы иначе.
Физический доступ к чему? Объекту? Системе? Информации? Данным?

На уровне физики конечно нет. Средства иб в принципе не работают на 1 уровне)

Автомат - средство защиты от технических аварий/повреждений оборудования. Инфодиод, выключатель ethernet - средство ИБ, ибо других функций оно не выполняет.
