Давно пора выполнение кода, критичного для безопасности переносить на отдельные защищенные процессоры с открытой и проверяемой архитектурой.
Но это ж всю существующую архитектуру систем перетряхивать придется. Особенно, с виртуализацией будут приключения, полагаю.
