Third attempt at GSI
(more testing needed plox)
+ Detection of Phh / Erfan GSI, in which case enforce vendor manifest patching
+ Added missing $etc and $vetc assignments, otherwise audio_effects couldn't be patched without AML/ACDB.
+ Added check for AML (imported from maxxaudio).
+ Following symlinks for manifest.xml (GSI).
+ Updated uninstall.sh to treat symlinks and cautiously remove backup file upon restore.
+ Disable stock daxservice (only for RC1 and GSI)
NOTE: Use AML as ACDB wasn't reliable on patching effects on GSI.
Known Issues: might still not work on Xiaomi and Motorola with GSI. PM @bancodrut for fixing and testing
