Нашла инфу: As of January 2019, it is no longer required to have an Estonian bank account to confirm that you paid the share capital of your company, so you are free to choose any bank or electronic payment institution in the EU/EEA (such as TransferWise Borderless or Holvi) if you prefer that over traveling to Estonia to open a “real” bank account.
