1 - What is BitTreasure in detail? Is it real that it can provide 48% APR in real? How does BitMax manage to spare such amazing APR?

While decentralization is the key to blockchain. Exchange need to be centralized. I always believe that crypto exchanges are part of financial service industry. It needs to be highly regulated therefore centralization is the only path to go. Decentralized exchanges serve a small subset of users but won’t become main stream

Where do you get price for your margin? And what about BTMX pair? Earlier I lost lots of money in BTMX long because its liquidity is really accidental. Did you fix this somehow? Thanks

Obviously attract more users and volumes are the key.  We notice the overall number of people trade crypto has been decreased from beginning of the year quite significantly cross all exchanges. It comes together with the cold winter in the primary market. We see very few  new projects and new investors in the primary market. So the key to new users are the secondary market. That’s why we are focusing on futures contract development as well as staking and other financial products that satisfies people’s trading needs

We see many exchanges hacked every year include binance and like you said upbit. Security is our highest priority . We do have a strong security team and rules and policy to follow. Also we are happy to see many custodian service providers emerge with affordable price. So that exchanges have an choise to hire third party to keep asset.

Is Bitmax have any plans to integrate U2F or YubiKey like security system for login & withdrawal funds? Because security is my main priority before choosing any exchange !

Our employees are using yubikey already. If you are talking about users using yibikey my short answer is not yet. Mostly a cost/ dev resource concern. However we will in the future develop an option for users to use yubikey. I believe it will be early next year

Наши сотрудники уже используют yubikey. Если вы говорите о возможности использования пользователями, то краткий ответ с моей стороны пока отсуствует. Главным образом это проблема затрат / разработки. Однако в будущем мы разработаем для пользователей возможность использовать yubikey. Я надеюсь, что это случится в начале следующего года

What is your plan to get higher rank in so many exchanges nowadays in crypto universe? What is the competitive advantage

We are  no doubt in top 15 exchanges in terms of volumes. Unfortunately cmc top rank exchanges they don’t have real volumes. We care more about real volume and real users other than false rank in cmc. Engage with more traders help them trade , on board more users are our current focus

The goal of Investors, traders is to optimize the reward/risk ratio, so does BITMAX have any plans to help them?

I am happy you asked this question. As a trader for 10 years I would say all traders want several key things. 1) best utilization of your capital. Bitmax margin product allow you to use any of the margin asset as a collateral to best use your capital 2) BitMax offers top tier commission/ slippage so that you can capture small opportunities without paying too much of cost 3) risk / reward is more of traders own control but the fact that we are using reference price from 5 top exchanges minimize the risk of price inefficiency
