This suspension will take effect from 13 January 2020 for the sole purpose of allowing
the airline to reprotect passengers already in possession of a travel document, while providing the necessary information to users for any canceled flights.
The carrier will therefore no longer be able to issue travel tickets. The license, however, remains in force until 13 January 2020, also in consideration of the current holidays, as well as the Ukrainian New Year of 7 January 2020 and the consequent need to guarantee the best interest for the protection of the passenger, having noted that there are no imminent critical issues that jeopardize the security of operations.
