Hi there, can anyone from the RPA field guide me what are the companies requirements and how a programmer-to-RPA can enter into this industry. Please give a proper path after reading my current scenario.
since I just changed my profile from programmer(3.7 years experience) to uipath developer, and devoted whole one year to this profile just to take hands on experience in Uipath live projects with the certification. During training, I was continuously applying after hearing the same reply from all the organisation and it was : they need atleast one year of certification in UiPath.
After completion of my uipath certification, and at this time of job hunting, the companies are just ignoring and denying my application after saying their requirements are for candidates having industrial experience in Uipath for minimum 2 years.
Meanwhile I'm continuously working on my skills each day by learning from uipath.
So what should we summarise, does the certification has no value? Seems like a gimmick?
And if the companies do not want to hire a programming based certified uipath developer (which is a preferable requirement for this profile), then how a newbie will enter this domain without any opportunity?
