Hi, I want ..if outlook mail has been sent then set flag True in Excel and update then second time if run bot , firstly check excel flag if False then run only these entries? How to do that?

UiPath have a great Excel activities - you can load table from excel file to datatable variable and use foreach where in each iteration you will check column and set it after sending. In the end of the process don’t forget to write datatable back to excel file

Hello! I'm new in that RPA world. And I have a question!

I am working for a company that sells products on Amazon, and hopefully in the last period we are selling so many products that we can't evade orders manually anymore.

Since I know the existence of UiPath, and RPA, I thought about create an automation to do something like that:

Take order address from website (amz), then paste it to excel, then export it from excel to courier website, then print the printing result for shipping.

That would be much faster, and the last manual thing would be just taking the shipping etiquette to place it on the package.


Is it hard? Is it actually doable?

Yes certainly doable and a good case

Already seen something similar in action in 2018.

There is some description of how can you use Community version and yes - it depends on earnings that your company have. It is better to give this task to your lawyers to check that.

But I can advice to use that only as start point to just determine is RPA fits for your needs, test in on couple processes, and if yes - plan moving to enterprise version.

With community version you don't have good support and if something will go wrong - nobody will get you anything. Also you must keep in mind that community version works with orchestrator in the cloud and UiPath dev team periodically updates or maintain it. So in some moment it will ruin your plans for some time and you robots will not work for an hour or more. So thats why is better to have on-prem installation that controlled only by yourself.
