Думаю, почти каждый, кто подавался на гражданство тут в НЛ, с этим сталкивался и внимательно изучал. Я даже в IND ходил на консультацию. Увы, нашим это не светит в 99% случаев. Ну разве что в случае брака c гражданином НЛ можно.
